I use my cell phone camera. Quick and easy and always on me. Sometimes the quality is not so great.
And no problem w/ representing Savannah. Hope to see the Savannah site fill up w/ posts this summer. Maybe we can get some good local press that might help some of your local politicians see the problem out there on the streets and do something about it.
This is the biggest problem area,"Delaware Center" 1815 Lincoln Street... always cars parked there, sometimes several deep.
I've complained to the city for over 7 years straight from Michael Brown "City Manager" to the police captain in that district and nothing is ever done to correct the problem.
Possible if everyone complains to Mr. Shearhouse in the parks department, and the city Manager Michael Brown it will help in getting something done.

Looks like it's this guy's driveway, he's just too lazy to pull in. His convenience and your life.

Thanks for representing Savannah.. I don't think I go a day without seeing a car in the Lincoln lane. I need a digital camera in my bag haha.
